Tarjeta Donut Worry

Esta tarjeta que os enseño hoy la he tenido guardada sin publicar mucho tiempo, ya que tenía que esperar a que llegase a la destinataria. Fue directa a EEUU, a una de tantas amigas que he conocido vía Instagram.  Esta red social ha hecho que conozca gente con mucho talento que también admira lo que yo hago, así que volvemos a lo tradicional y nos mandamos tarjetas y un puñado de “chuches scraperas” que hacen que miremos el buzón con tantas ganas como antiguamente hacíamos.

Desde que Lawn Fawn puso a la venta este set de sellos llamado Donut Worry no pude resistirme a comprarlo, ya que me gusta tanto el mensaje como los donuts, con este estilo que caracteriza a la marca con juegos de palabras e imágenes divertidas.

He utilizado una cartulina de Neenah (White de 110 lb) que troquelé con el Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables (también de Lawn Fawn ) a la medida de 5 x 3,75 pulgadas. Este troquel lo uso mucho, ya que me encanta el efecto de falso cosido que deja en el rectángulo.

Los sellos los he estampado utilizando la tinta Memento (tono Onyx Black) y están coloreados con los rotuladores Zig Clean Color Real Brush (colores 071, 070, 026 y 025). Los sprinkles y las caritas están estampados con la tinta de Simon Says Stamp color Dark Chocolate.

La frase está igualmente estampada en este último tono excepto el “be happy” que quise estamparlo en rosa a juego con uno de los donuts (tinta de Simon Says Stamp tono Doll Pink).

Escogí estos tonos para los donuts porque quería combinarlos con el papel decorado que puse en el fondo de la tarjeta también de Lawn Fawn, de una colección que lanzó al mismo tiempo que los sellos que se llama Perfectly Plaid y lleva unos cuadros con unos tonos muy dulces, muy apropiados para estos donuts…

El cardstock que usé en la base es también de Simon Says Stamp en el tono Burnt Orange.

Espero que esta tarjeta os guste tanto como le gustó a Esmeralda.
