Reto febrero Locas por el scrap: Tarjeta felicitación con embossing caliente

Para mi primera participación en el reto tarjetero de Locas por el Scrap he elegido una tarjeta que hice para alguien muy especial para mí, alguien que me ha demostrado su amistad día a día, que siempre cree en mí y me apoya en todo lo que hago. Podría escribir miles de cosas buenas de ella, pero el post es para enseñaros la tarjeta…

 

Desde un primer momento quise usar estas hojas del set de sellos de Simon Says Stamp que se llama Handwritten floral greetings con embossing dorado; quería un resultado elegante y el embossing no falla nunca. Usé los polvos ultra finos de Ranger porque el sello es finísimo y con otros polvos quedaría muy grueso.

Aparte, creé una tira que entinté del todo con la tinta Versamark directamente para combinarla con los mismos polvos en embossing dorado.

Cuando ideé la tarjeta pensé poner el YOU troquelado (el troquel también es de Simon Says Stamp) en dorado, pero una vez hecho no me convenció el resultado porque no resaltaba encima de las flores. Así que decidí troquelarlo en el mismo cardstock negro que usé para la base de la tarjeta (este es de Lawn Fawn tono Black Licorice)

Con los sellos también de Simon Says Stamp (You matter) estampé en una tira pequeña el HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO con embossing dorado también.
